One Cocowalk is a multipurpose center located in Brickell in the area of Downtown Miami. It is the largest financial district in the city and in all of Florida. RSP Architects chose Modulatus systems in a 77 Cocowalk brushed finish to clad the facility’s exterior ceilings.
