One Cocowalk is a multi-functional center located in Brickell, the downtown Miami area that represents the largest financial district in the city and throughout Florida. The RSP Architects studio chose Modulatus systems in a brushed 77 Cocowalk finish to clad the external ceilings of the structure. WPC WOODN composite wood is, in fact, ideal for Florida's peculiar climate, thanks to its ability to withstand hurricanes and its self-extinguishing and waterproof properties.
