Woodn Greenwood is an end-to-end company. In its in-house laboratory, it formulates original and sustainable WPC “raw materials,” consisting of a blend of wood fibers and exclusive polymers that, through the extrusion technique, are transformed into finished profiles and systems.
The company, which began operations in 2002, is headquartered in Belluno, in the heart of the Dolomites.; production and warehouses are instead in Treviso – a facility, with 9 extrusion lines, inaugurated in 2021 – where commitment, creative approach, and know-how meet for a winning combination, fully expressing ingenuity and creativity that are a characteristic expression of Made in Italy.
Our industrial technique draws inspiration from the centuries-old Venetian manufacturing tradition, made with ingenuity, rigor, and artisanal culture. The materials, born from careful Research and Development, are eco-sustainable, durable, and recyclable. They are designed to overcome the limitations of traditional wood while retaining its appearance and to be suitable for the most diverse applications.
It is precisely thanks to this mindset that Woodn Greenwood's WPC products have quickly conquered The big names in international architecture, expanding the design possibilities towards new, surprising explorations.
The company, thanks to the in-house design capability, is always alongside the architect, to model and concretize design concepts, help them choose the most suitable system and satisfy the most diverse needs of any architectural intent.
THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Services under design
We support architects and builders in evaluating application systems, performing preliminary supply estimations, and developing custom systems for every project requirement.
DESIGN SUPPORT Based on the identification of the scope of work, the object of the intervention is quantified, implementing technical and aesthetic proposals to align the designer's architectural intent with the support of technical documentation developed over the years, where typological technical details help the designer select the most suitable system for their needs.
SAMPLING AND MOCKUPS An in-house, dedicated department prepares and packages samples and mock-ups for the designer, installer, or client to provide a 1:1 scale, concrete, and realistic representation of the work.
EXECUTIVE DRAWINGS An internal team of engineers and architects uses BlueBeam and Autocad 2D and 3D to insert executive application details into the project, adapting the typologies to site conditions.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: From the approval of detailed drawings to production scheduling, packaging, and on-site delivery, the company monitors all supply phases to deliver materials punctually in Italy and overseas, meeting project deadlines.
During installation
Once the material is delivered to the construction site, Woodn Greenwood's service continues.
The internal technicians continue to support the installer by providing advice through the cutting sheets, the packing lists, and the installation drawings.
We know well how much the success of a construction site depends on the perfect execution of the work and we support the installer during the phases of recognizing profiles, accessories, the explanation of technical data sheets, and the recognition in executive drawings of all the details that resolve foreseen and unforeseen site criticalities.
